You know it's bad when you stare at it, contemplate, and go: "not the worst thing I've seen the muni censor" and just keep going. Volunteer ref/etcs are the worst offenders because of muni regs.

(Sorry, I remember this stuff going on 15 years ago when it was my friends on those swim teams.)
