They "couldn't find any evidence" that regulations were hurting the economy. I'll bet if they'd been willing to look, they'd have found evidence that what little regulation we have left is keeping it afloat.

The camps we stuck Japanese-Americans in were technically concentration camps too, at the time. The problem is that we then tried to use it for the German death camps, as if to minimize their horribleness.
