Back wages = an employee who didn't get paid their correct hourly/weekly/biweekly/monthly amount (they usually get paid something, just not the correct amount, or certain pay periods were paid while others weren't)
I was referring to the former; I haven't heard too much about him doing the latter, but who knows.
