I was looking at old work
Feb. 18th, 2018 01:06 amHere are some actual sentences from an earlier part of Eva's spelling program:
Miss Black can't go without water for much longer.
The girl hit me on the head with something heavy.
There's the boy who left his little brother behind.
Lord North has already turned on the blue light.
Sometimes, I really wonder about those people! Eva and I spent several minutes trying to fill out the dystopian backstory to those picks.
(Eva spells much better in each assignment than she does when I try, at her repeated request, to skip her ahead to the next placement test. She remains unconvinced of this fact. But her spelling does improve, regardless.)
