I'm with the Republicans on this: the solution is that other serious infectious illnesses should be included (let's start with Hep C).

I know someone who worked for a hospital and was in a labor dispute, and had reason to believe infectious medical waste had been rubbed on his property as a reprisal.

Honestly, it should be assault and battery.

Apparently, one of the issues here is that people weren't getting tested, on the grounds that if you don't know....

They want to encourage people to be tested and treated.
