is the name of the media company forcing the local tv stations it owns to air conservative twaddle (not just Trump propaganda) as if it were regular news. John Oliver did a piece on this (in June? reran last week), which maybe you can find online (it's worth watching).

The kicker: Sinclair is trying to buy the Tribune media giant. Mind, Tribune is kinda fucked, but only in the usual cost-cutting and profit-taking that's widespread in current US journalism.

Fascinating links. The wealth perception one, the propaganda, the duck penises and the Catalan referendum were all really interesting. The Japanese feminist mag was aweseom, and the emotions after failure one was really useful.
