conulyI know, you're all "Celery? Blech, it tastes like nothing!"
But no, no, no! Apparently, celery can have a flavor. And a texture! It can be fun to eat! I'm not deranged. It's just that the stuff they sell in the supermarket is, apparently, bred for size and transport rather than taste. Well, what else is new.
