conulyI stayed up waaaaay too late reading a new book. Jenn is in Toronto, so the girls got themselves up, dressed, and fed and then went to their friends' dance recital they'd been invited to and took the bus home on their own (well, they were put on the bus by Michele). When they came home, they declared their intention of making dinner and shooed me from the kitchen.
If they weren't scared to go into the basement and do their own laundry, the adults in this family would be utterly superfluous.
I'm not sure how I feel about that yet!
