It makes me wonder, though — how uniform is blood? If it's totally uniform, a tiny sample should be fine, but if there's variation, tiny samples are going to be more subject to that variation. I know when they prick your finger to test your hemoglobin (before you donate blood, to make sure you're not anemic) there can be a big difference between one test and the next. Maybe it's a problem with the test itself, and a more accurate test would avoid that, but my impression had been that there's variation between those tiny blood samples.

It was her vacation packet, due back today. Turns out that EVA had two packets, and Ana did Eva's second one.

But she was a trooper, and got it all done in a few hours.
