It's not very interesting, but scroll halfway down the page and a little more, look at that frequency chart.
The 3-decade rise from the 1970s is about what I'd expect, but what's behind that sharp drop after 2004?
Of course, it doesn't look so sharp once you look for redacted as well, especially once I switched to just American English.
Still, until I looked at it differently it certainly surprised me.
(I feel like this post didn't end up as interesting as I'd wanted. Sorry. Take the etymology of pamphlet instead or, if that fails to amuse, the always reliable silly.)
