The router looked to be completely dead last week. The wireless light on it wasn't lighting, and we were getting no wireless signal at all. No indication that it was sending any signal out, no devices picking up a signal - I went and bought a new router.

Now we have a signal, but we keep getting "wifi doesn't have valid ip configuration" on all devices. Do I complain to the store and get a new new router, or do I assume it might be a modem problem and complain to the cable company? I'm figuring the second at this point.
