Picture it:

An obvious crime scene. Police tape at both ends of the block. Cops, total lack of traffic, blood on the ground, and did I mention the police tape?

After you duck UNDER the tape and cross the street, why are you acting so surprised when the cops yell at you to stop walking through the crime scene?
