The funny part about that is that Dragon Age 2 is tame compared to Dragon Age: Origins. In DA:O, not only do you get the human/elf relationship possibilities, but dwarves are also thrown in there more (dwarves and elves are both playable in DA:O, so you have more opportunity for cross-species relationships). In fact, the only characters in DA:O you couldn't have a relationship with were the stone golem and the senior mage that was probably old enough to be your grandmother.
The funnier part is that he says that Isabela (basically, a female version of Jack Sparrow) is "quite obviously for the straight male gamer", yet she flirted with my female character as soon as I picked her up. I also successfully flirted with Fenris, and to a lesser extent, Anders (who he claims are gay) on my female character.
