Sex with teenage son gets mom prison

Am I the only one who thinks that headline is a little weird? Her son was fourteen when this happened. I kinda thought that for a grown-up to "have sex" with an underaged child (particularly when we're talking about family members!) that this constituted rape. Maybe it's just me. (Also, from further down in the article... "sex acts occurred"? What, spontaneously and agentless, sex acts just... happened, all by themselves?)
