I did get to post after all, apparently. *blush* Ana fell in love with Gracie, who is Gabriel's dog. She sees this dog and will quit a temper tantrum to grin at her. If she's walking (holding our hands, usually) she'll either walk to mommy (Jenn) or to Gracie, there to stand awestruck. I think she thinks Gracie is a strange furry person... she will wave at the dog, and talk to the dog and everything. Unfortunately, Gracie doesn't especially like Ana. She's friendly, she's safe, but she apparently gets the "I don't know what to do here... help!" pleading-look on her face. This has led to endless amusement as Ana chased Gracie around the kitchen table. But now I'm keeping Ana away most of the time because it's not fair to the poor dog, she's 8 years, too old for this.

Depends on the size of the dog, though. Big dogs and small ones age differently. Also, eight isn't OLD, but it's hardly YOUNG. It's more like middle-aged.
