I'll try the earplugs. Or maybe I'll sign him up for a dating service. He can use my computer so long as he's not downloading hot avian porn, that stuff is full of spyware.

I wouldn't really hurt a songbird, of course. Laws or no laws, they aren't singing to annoy me, and it won't really harm me.
