Now on to Operation Connie Makes Chicken in the Oven. How the HECK am I gonna do that without racks to put this chicken on while it faux barbecues?

I combined two or three I found online. The main one went "I'm a bit of a garlic fiend, so I always put in one or two cloves". I went "yeah..." to that and threw in my customary "one or two dozen" instead. And then stuck garlic under the skin of the chicken before I cooked it.

It was primarily tomato paste, tomato sauce (unflavored), chili powder (homemade, and without fresh spices - I suffer for my art, I do), onions and garlic cooked until they fell apart, and molasses, and vinegar. And I tossed in half a bouillon cube as well.
