No sooner do I articulate a thought than somebody unconnected has the same thought entirely! Why is that?

Not sure I'd normally go to [livejournal.com profile] linguaphiles about hand claps myself, though, as I said before, I do see the connection.

for the same reason that when I read a book that introduces a new (to me) concept, or a historical figure I've never heard of, the next few books that I read, no matter how unconnected they are, seem to touch on that same concept or person.
