Let's hope my vote wasn't in vain, that some good comes of the next four years, right? (Boy, am I a cynic. I was so happy right up until an hour ago, then sarcasm came back.)

I was cynical much sooner than you were. A wealthy pol s a wealthy pol (the only candidate who didn't come from academia or politics was Roger Cordero, who was born in Nicaragua and is therefore ineligible).

I feel about Obama much the same way I felt about Spitzer, and look how well that turned out.
