What is that? I can't even comment. I think I'm honestly going to cry. Forget Bush getting elected, if this thing passes, I'm out of here. Gone to Canada or Australia or England or ANYwhere. At that point, I'll want nothing to do with this country anymore, and I'd strongly advise my friends to do the same. This is just fucked up. Checks and balances exist to prevent this sort of nonsense.

That's what the courts are for, to interpret the constitution. It's better that they have the power than the legislature or the executive branch has it.
