Um, from what I remember, stress can do it, as can your body adjusting (some people freakishly are more regular when young than when they stop puberty), and certain medical conditions.
Huh, weird. I knew stress could sometimes do it, but I didn't know about the less-regular-after-puberty thing.
On a completely unrelated note, I noticed that after lots of activity (exercise, etc.) and I sit down, I start coughing like I have a cold. It usually goes away after a few minutes. My mom is starting to worry I have some kind of disease because my period's funky and the coughing thing is weird. :P Anyone know about the random coughing? I really don't wanna pay $20 to have my doc tell me it's nothing..
i used to have a coughing thing like that, and as it turns out i have excercise induced asthma. not sure if it's quite the same as what you're describing, though. it's quite nice- gets me out of gym class occasionally. ;)
as for the period, i'm on mine as well. *cue twilight zone music*

What sort of excercise? Does it change depending on the weather, or what you've eaten recently (the past few days)? Or the environment?
