Do any of my female friends NOT have their period? Because the odds of this coinkydink of blood week should be slim, right?

Weird! The same has been happening to me, but it only started last year. My period just.. stopped. I didn't have it for 4 months, and then it just started again. I got it twice, and now it's MIA again.. I should have gotten it a week ago. This about the same time it stopped last year, too.

At first I thought nothing of it, as I heard that girls can have weird periods during their teens (even if I am an older teen), and at the time I was under MAJOR stress. I don't why it's happening this time.

Can a period that has, for the most part been normal, suddenly go irregular..?

Huh, weird. I knew stress could sometimes do it, but I didn't know about the less-regular-after-puberty thing.

On a completely unrelated note, I noticed that after lots of activity (exercise, etc.) and I sit down, I start coughing like I have a cold. It usually goes away after a few minutes. My mom is starting to worry I have some kind of disease because my period's funky and the coughing thing is weird. :P Anyone know about the random coughing? I really don't wanna pay $20 to have my doc tell me it's nothing..

i used to have a coughing thing like that, and as it turns out i have excercise induced asthma. not sure if it's quite the same as what you're describing, though. it's quite nice- gets me out of gym class occasionally. ;)

as for the period, i'm on mine as well. *cue twilight zone music*
