I wonder what wonders tomorrow will bring!

So, yesterday, Ana was playing "go on the potty" with her small bear and one of her toy cups. I'm busy with the baby, and not paying much attention. After a while she gets bored with this, and comes up to me and offers me the cup. I take it.

Ana: Careful, it's hot!
Connie: Okay, honey. *blows on cup, pretends to drink*
Ana: It's pee!
Connie: Um. Yeah... *puts down cup*
Ana: *picks up cup, pretends to drink* IT'S PEE!

I mean, that's just what everyone wants when dealing with a cranky baby, somebody to come up and offer them a steaming hot cup of imaginary pee, right? Oy....

I thought it couldn't get much worse, but today I was blessed with the real stuff. No, not that stuff, the other stuff. Several times. First, Ana poos and pees in her pants (not her diaper, her pants) and doesn't tell me until I sit her on my lap. Then, the baby poos and leaks out her diaper... onto my pants. Then, Ana wakes up and leaks out of *her* diaper and onto the floor. And, of course, I managed to stop up the toilet, but fortunately I plungered it before anything bad happened, not like it really mattered at this point, but I figured the day had been shitty enough as it was.

I just can't wait until tomorrow.
