If you're friends-only, why is that? If you don't mind telling me, that is :)

I mean, is it because you actually had somebody objectionable posting in your journal or reading it? Or is it just a general feeling of privacy?

If you're not completely friends-only (some posts are public, or you make public posts but only friends can comment or somesuch), why is it that way?

Why are you answering my question?

I know a lot of weird people in "real life" who I wouldn't want to poke into my journal, and some of them DO have access to the same computers I often use to do internet stuff on. Sometimes even with clearing history and internet content, traces of urls still stick around for people to browse on.

If I know enough weird creepos in real life, there are surely even more people online I wouldn't want nosing around my private thoughts that my friends are more than welcome to read and comment on.

And yes I do have a (bad) habit of posting revealing info about myself that I don't always want the public to be aware of.

I'm answering your question because I feel like it. *nyah*
