Okay, look you...
Jan. 12th, 2004 02:23 amStop picking on us!
Liking Wesley Crusher is nothing to be ashamed about. Okay, yeah, Wil Wheaton is gay, and sure he doesn't look that good as Wil Wheaton, but when he's wearing that Star Trek uniform...
SO STOP MAKING FUN OF IT! *cries*
Incidentally, why on earth is it that when he left this show, his mom never ONCE spoke up and said "Gee, I wonder what Wesley is doing?". She just moved on with her life in the VERY NEXT EPISODE.
And, anyone else notice he was in the last movie? Besides me and 'dul? He was there! The whole movie! Sitting in his seat on the bridge! He just never said anything and nobody commented on it.

Wil Wheaton is either bi or hetero...
Date: 2004-01-12 09:37 pm (UTC)Geeks move in overlapping and incestuous social circles. We were apparently at the same gathering and, despite having been a serious Trekker for most of my adolescence, I failed to recognize him. I only talk to the folks to whom I'm introduced, a partygoing subset which included neither Wil nor his SO. Someone clued me in after the fact.
Which, I suppose, is just as well. I'm socially backwards enough when I'm not starstruck. :-D
BTW, his blog is here (http://www.wilwheaton.net/).
