Yes, this is my new goal - teach Ana at least one of the songs from Sweeney Todd. This has more annoyance potential than even Gilbert and Sullivan, if I go about it in the right way :)

My parents loved Sweeney Todd. When I was a kid, they played it all the time. It probably warped my little brain, right along with all the Tom Lehrer.

I recently discovered that the new production on broadway actually originated here, in the teeniest little theatre. It's a converted watermill and it's all wooden and creaky and when the actors pass overhead you can hear them. And it only seats about 200. Most wonderful theatre I've ever been to (and producing excellent work!)

So yeah, I was flabberghasted to learn.
