I don't think I could put an actual rating on these, but I'll list my favorites.

Favorite candies:
Werther's Originals and soft chews
Lifesavers, especially the cream swirls
Tootsie Rolls and Pops
Whatchamacallit candy bars
Kit Kats
Pixie Stix
Blow Pops
Reese Cups and Reeses Pieces
Pop Rocks
Starburst fruit chews
Bubble Tape

Non-candy:
Pop Ice (flavored sugar water-ade you stick in a freezer)
Combos stuffed-pretzel snacks, especially the Pizzeria Pretzel flavor
White cheddar popcorn
Cracker Jacks!
Ale-8 - a soft drink unfortunately ONLY found in central Kentucky, and unfortunately only really good in glass bottles
SoBe drinks...some have some decent nutritious ingredients (glass may be bad though)
similar issues with Starbucks bottled chilled coffees
