Remember last year?

Somebody had links to... virtually everybody's Christmas wishlist? And the idea was that you could waltz in, and take stuff from somebody's wishlist to send to them?
Yeah. It's November 14th. High time to start posting our wishlists! Chop-chop, people!
1. Stuff for the babies and the "twinsies". Rather than direct people to amazon, I'll post a specific list later. Will gladly take used stuff.
Edit: Here's the list! It's prone to being updated at weird moments.
2. Donations to the charity of your choice, so long as I don't hate it. Ask first, 'k?
Yeah, that's it. I'm all altruistic, amn't I? I'd like to officially invite people to link to this, and post their wishlists here. That'll be my Christmas present to everyone, because God knows I have no money. If you can think of something I can give youse all that involves not only no money, but no shipping (I kinda am really bad about that....) I will. Perhaps I'll volunteer at the charity of your choice that I am not morally opposed to or something. That'd be a good gift, wouldn't it? Include charities on your wishlists if you want a gift from me, then. Places I can volunteer, thanks.

Date: 2005-11-15 07:13 am (UTC)We had one who lived to be about 15, and she was the last one we had. Hopefully whenever my sister finds a place for her large, rambunctious Husky/Shepherd mix, my folks will find a place for a few Elkhounds again. They're kind-of elitist dogs; they like their own kind, and unless the particular individual is outgoing and rambunctious with a desire to play with another one like that, they don't like that kind of dog to share their space. *L*
Our main breeding bitch (and she was quite the bitch to strangers but passed on wonderful looks and temperament to her offspring...all but one son we kept)... we called her Saga, not sure exactly what her full registered name was right off. One of her young relatives, the one who lived to 15, was Mystic Elka Si Si, who also had several very nice puppies. I'm not sure how many of them were "show quality," but most of them were adventurous, sound, strong, very loyal family pets.
