On the rain and the flooding...

See, in the northeast, we typically get a lot of rain in October. We're flooding now because... well, I don't know about New England, but I suspect that it, like New York, didn't really get any rain this summer. And that's normal too. I can't remember the last year we went through a summer without a drought watch on.
Yes, we got a bit less water this summer than usual, but, c'mon. Some summers have to be "very dry", or else what's a heaven for?
