Marijuana - only recreational drug I know of whose direct effects add up to a negative death count. Now, some people do die from marijuana abuse when they do stupid things like then drive. And people should learn that if they use recreational drugs, they need to take certain safeguards (sober drivers are always a good idea). But direct death count is negative.
