But I don't care! Take the test again if you already have! Gimme intrigue and drama!

I re-took the AQ test again. This time I got a 44, a bit high for me, my average is around 38. *shrugs* Anyway, I was wondering, what does everyone else get on that?

NOTE: This is NOT a diagnostic tool. There is no such thing as a good or bad score. It *is* intended to show how "autistic" you are, but it is possible to score high and still be fairly neurotypical, or to even have a diagnosis for AS, HFA, or PDD-NOS and score below 32.

I got a 38, I usually get around a 36ish. Fun stuff.

I got a 35. Probably because so many of those questions could apply to all my own headstuff - obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety, a measure of agoraphobia, panic disorder... whatever the doctors say I have now.

Hmm, I dunno. When I was younger I was such a horrible mess.. I think for a while there everyone was just so frantic to figure out what was wrong with me that they tried every label they could think of. I've been on lots of various drugs. The current ones help more than any of the others ever did, the OCD stuff has actually gotten a lot better. It used to be very bad and now it's moderate, almost controllable.

I think the doctors currently say that most've my problems are psychological and should be solved with therapy. Last time my parents dragged me to a psychologist for diagnoses, I think he said I had post traumatic stress disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. I dunno if he was still standing by an earlier diagnoses of panic disorder or not. I'm a lot better with going out than I used to be. Things are manegable now. I'm rather reluctant to talk to doctors about any new possibilites, as my parents would invariably freak out and drag me to big cities to speak to experts, which leads to multiple new diagnoses and drugs and more intensive therapy and the family life going to hell... it's really not worth it. I'm almost functioning properly now, and I don't care to upset the balance that things have come to with any more questions.
