What I want to know: how does a judge - who has, trust me, at some point taken an oath (usually before "God", in which this nitwit allegedly believes) to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States... NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT MEANS???

I mean... "nonmainstream"... that's the whole reason "Freedom of Religion" was written in that particular document in the first place!

Dude. If they were Satanists, that wouldn't be an excuse to bar them from teaching that to the kid. I have certain ethical objections to forcing a a child into professing loyalty to any religious system before he or she is old enough to really understand what's going on, but not letting the kid participate in family holidays because they're Teh Evol Witches?
