A year after that a 13 year old boy (mixed race, although I forget how/why that was relevent) was found chopped up around my town. Arm was found in the canal behind where my brother works, then the torso under a hedge by the main road through town, then the head on a school playing field (well, a field used by two primary schools as their playing field to be more accurate.) Lovely.
