Okay, so next week's preview is up...

A newspaper office
Journalist: Now let me make sure I'm hearing this correctly. Abel Koontz couldn't've killed Lilly Kane because at the time of the murder he was in the company of Miss, um...
Cheyenne: Cheyenne.
Journalist: Cheyenne. *sighs* Keith, even if I did believe your story, which at the moment I don't, there's no way that top brass would risk a story like this! If it turned out to not be true, we'd become a national joke.
Cheyenne: Well, we tried!
Keith: It is true.
Journalist: Look, Keith. I can't risk my career because of testimony of, with all due respect, a hooker.
Keith: Oh, there's more, a lot more *hands over the file*. You read it. If you think there's merit, talk to Ms. Collins here.
School, outside.
Beaver (reading a newspaper article on Lilly's death): There's phone records man. And how do you explain the shoes, huh?
Dick: It doesn't mean jack. You need to chill out Beav, right now. To the grave man, that's what we said.
School, Journalism Room
Beaver: Hello.
Veronica: Beaver?
Beaver: It's uh, it's Cassy. My real name's Cassy.
Veronica: What can I do for you, Cassy?
Beaver: There's something you should know, it's for your own good.
Veronica: Spill.
Beaver: Well, the weekend that Lilly was killed, me and Dick and Logan, we were down in Mexico surfing.
Veronica: I know this....
Beaver: Well, he got all worked up, about how he knew that Lilly was seeing someone new.
Veronica: Yeah?
Beaver: So he got up early in the morning, the day that Lilly was murdered, and he drove up to Neptune to see her.
Spoilers
Well, we know that the killer isn't coming back next season. And we know that Logan is. We also know that Rob likes to spoil the red herring, not the ending, in these teasers of his. So it's fairly clear that Logan is *not* the killer (whew!).
There is an image floating around of non-flashbacky Duncan hugging/holding dead Lilly at the pool. Whether or not this indicates he killed her has yet to be determined. I personally want to believe that Haaron did it after she found out about his cameras in the poolhouse. And that they're his cameras in the poolhouse.
