Is it normal to feel like the non-dominant side of your body (the right side, in my case) isn't all there? Like the only real arm is the left arm, and that you're really just seeing out of the left eye? My right arm works fine, feels fine, same with the right eye, I see the same with both eyes, binocular vision, everything, but I often can't shake the feeling that the right side isn't there.
This is a long-term thing, not a sudden fear. Just a puzzlement.

Just not there....but...

Good Luck* ( newbie here ..so Hey* Hi)

Date: 2005-04-14 06:23 pm (UTC)I don't think it's a psychological trauma, since I can't think of anything that would cause such a thing, nor of any mysterious gaps in my memory that would indicate something I blocked out. Deterioration might make sense - if my sense of touch or motor skills were getting worse. Which they're not. But I suppose it's possible that my motor skills aren't improving as they theoretically should be because of some sort of deterioration.
And hi! Welcome to my journal! I post a lot. Don't be scared.
