I hate daylight savings, and changing the clock.

Spring forward, fall back? Who cares? It's linked to car accidents and everything.

So, this is my "I HATE CHANGING MY CLOCK" post of the half-year. No real content, just that.

I only had to change the time on one clock this year. My watch stopped a couple of weeks ago, and I haven't got around to getting a new battery for it yet; I hadn't got around to putting the clock on my oven back an hour from 6 months ago; and my computers updated automagically. So I only had to chang emy alarm clock.

I'd like the site more if the daylight savings time pic was actually right. Where I live in Indiana, we're close enough to Chicago to follow DST. Thing is, pretty much the rest of Indiana doesn't switch time, thus causing confusion between people who go from section to section in Indiana.

Mommy says: Her black pants are draped on the wardrobe door by the TV. She needs you to bring them over later as she is staying over.

Jenn says: We are now leaving. It is 12:50. You were supposed to call "in a few minutes" at 12. Don't know what happened, but we can't wait any longer or Ana wiull never make it back any time close to her nap.

As Abdul will be out doing laundry, if you head over please bring your keys in case we are all out.

Do you know that it's supposed to be daylight saving time, without the "s"? It's harder to say but here's the explanation for it, from Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daylight_saving_time):

The expression daylight savings time (with the extra "s") is a common alternate form, but is considered incorrect English. While many people feel the word "savings" (with an "s") sounds better, saving is used here as a verbal adjective describing a single type of activity, so the form is singular.

Normally I wouldn't bother to point this out but I thought you would either be interested to know it or have a good reason why you didn't use it already. :)
