What a way to make a person feel inferior, right? Hm. Inferior. I wonder if that's a passive? Or a deponent? Sounds like fero, feri, tuli, latus with a preposition. Oops. Tangent. What was I saying? Right. Michael. Evil person. *smites*
Edit: Boy did I have that wrong:
inferior (adj.) - 1432, from L. inferior "lower," comp. form of inferus (adj.) "that is below or beneath," from infra "below."
I keep forgetting that's how you make the comparative, and you'd think it'd be easy to remember, as it is so similar to English -er!
