Christmas carols are stuck in my head...

Which would be fine, but one of them is Rudolph, the Rednosed Reindeer. I have some serious problems with this song.
1. Quite a few people say "none of the other reindeers", something which will very quickly drive me into a homicidal rage.
2. More importantly, I don't like the message of the song. I know many people think it's such a good song because first he's teased, then accepted because of his difference, but I don't know if they hear the same song I hear.
First the reindeer tease Rudolph for being different. Instead of realizing that they're not worth his time, Rudolph apparently is quite sad about this. Then, because his difference is useful, they decide to be friends. What if his difference hadn't been useful? They would've kept teasing him? And poor Rudolph, how long would it have taken for him to realize that such shallow people aren't worth his time?
There's also Santa Claus is Coming to Town. I'm not sure which is scarier, Santa as a substitute deity, or Santa as Big Brother. Either way, I hate that song. HatehateHATE it. "he sees you when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake". Perv. Does he also see me on the toilet?

I'm always going after the people who say "homosexuality is wrong because the bible says so!" to ask if they eat pork... ;) Nothing wrong with having a biblical belief system, nor even with having some contradictions in it (not keeping kosher, but believing that it's wrong to be gay) so long as you have SOME sort of justification... or at least don't try to make public policy based on your beliefs.
