I agree with everything you said above. What I also liked about this episode was that Walter got to be out and about instead of just sitting there saying, "Chevron 6 encoded.... Chevron 7 encoded...." And of course we can't forget Claudia Black. *drools on keyboard*

Yes he's hot and they don't film far from where I live. *grin* My roommates sister says they are hilarious to work with(she was in the studio for awhile doing makeup now she's on another show and in school. Studying to be a personal trainer I think). Anyways he comes from Kamloops I think(about 4 hrs from me) and he does have an interest in some of the things his character does. Interesting dude... :)

:) Maybe. I'm moving about 20 min away from here though on March 1st. But Stargate studios is in Burnaby I think not far from costco. I'll have to ask my roommate. You see not only has his sister worked there but one of his buddies was on the FX team helping out for awhile. Remember one of the frozen ones where they were all in tights? Well he was there for that one. I don't remember the episode name off hand though. But he said one of the actors really was cracking him up. Richard Dean Anderson is nice now but in his Mac Gyver years apprently he could be a bit bit of a prick.

Oh yea and a guy I know from ham radio who is also a minister that did missionary work. His son is friends with Jonny Depp. I forget how the two met but I've seen pictures of them fishing together and stuff. He's very different from tv/movies apprently. Quite down to earth, etc. The minister used to also live in Burnaby but I forget where they moved to. He is friends with my roommate.(same radio club)

we will be getting another special daniel episode near the end of the season. anubis (of course) is still not dead, and has a new plan to kill everyone/everything. daniel sees oma desala again, and she offers him a chance to ascend again, or stay and risk getting killed. we also will find out what happened while he was ascended. this is not to be confused with something that happens in the previous (two-part) episode, where replicarter kidnaps daniel and sticks her hand in his head, pretends to be oma, and offers him a chance to ascend again, or be killed. incidentally, this is where we first find out about the device anubis wants to use to kill everything.

the former episde, the one with the actual oma encounter, reportedly is 90 minutes long. it is unsure at this time whether sci-fi will air the full length or cut it for regular tv-time.

speaking of spoilers, did you get my comment in response to your question about the wraith? in the episode before the two-part atlantis season finale, we discover that the arrival of the ancients in pegasus triggered the evolution of the wraith.
