Some time ago a chocolate company (Cadbury I think though I might be wrong) did something similar in the UK for Faberge eggs. My sister had the corresponding book, and it was filled with really cool poems and stories. The writing and the illustrations were supposed to be clues on where the Faberge eggs are.
