Still trying to figure out what's funny about the picture. Guess I'm just not stupid enough to get the joke.

I got it from comments. Look closely at the eyes. One appears to be a glass eye or some form of deformity.

its just immature people laughing at people with "differences" which happen to be of stunning nature. i say stunning for lack of words as internally, upon seeing this boy in real life, i would be momentarily stunned, although smiling on the outside. stunned? you ask. yes stunned that in this day and age, he wouldnt have gotten the surgery and/or glasses that usually can fix this type of problem. but those look like tres older pictures, and i am totally ignorant if they could fix the "wandering eye" i think its called. i know there was a few people i went to school with like this, and three got surgery, two got glasses, and a few just kept it and wore sunglasses alot. its dumb what people laugh at though!
