Not even sure why a policy rejected out of hand is even news--it seems rather inflammatory to me. The fact is, you can't stop people being stupid, and when you teach those people to not question authority and smash things a lot, they are going to be just that kind of stupid. So...nothing new here.

But yeah, the Military suggesting such a thing is just bizaare. Serrusly, why not just go for a normal aphrodesiac, and cut off supply of women? That's worse than suddenly turning gay and being surrounded by a lot of people who just suddenly turn zomghawt.

I'm curious why they assume that homosexual activity would automatically bring down discipline and morale. Isn't history full of excellent soldiers who were homosexual?
