Edit: Mmmmm! It wasn't good, it was delicious! It certainly wasn't dry, which I'm told is to be feared. It was all moist, and cooked through - the meat just fell off the bones (which were nice and rich and marrowy). And the stuffing, a spinach stuffing, was wonderful. Thanks for all your help, guys.

Yes. I actually *like* this turkey, and I'm usually a non-poultry fan. Except duck, and that doesn't count, being a waterfowl and all.
