Obviously you're very misinformed about this case.

It's hard not to be annoyed when this is about the 8 billionth knee-jerk post I've seen about it. "OMG there was no evidence!!!!!"

But I didn't say that in my post. All I said was that it sounded as though the verdict was unfair. That, of course, applies only if you believe the news reports at CNN.
