I personally do not agree with the death penalty on principal, but to suggest he's only sentenced because he didn't cry is completely silly.

I know that lack of affect is not a crime, nor is lack of emotion for that matter. Murder is a crime. Not displaying emotion in the proper mannor is not a crime. However, with the level of hystrionics I'm noting from you, (especially witht he Big Big Big Big post), it's not something you really have worry about.
