Well, I'm a bit PMSy (it's the most wonderful time... of the month!) and, having no midol, decided to take an aspirin.
It got stuck. I swallowed it and it didn't go all the way down, and then it must've dissolved and GAH that stuff is NASTY.
That was an hour ago. I still can taste it. I remember reading once an article that said that if you were having a heart attack you shouldn't just take an aspirin, you should chew five or six of them on the way to the hospital. They must've been kidding. There is no way, no fucking way I would do that. *shudders*

Date: 2004-12-04 10:42 pm (UTC)Honestly, if it weren't for the god-awful taste, I'd take all meds this way, simply because I don't have to wait the 15-20 minutes for them to pass through my stomach to begin the absorbtion process. (3-4 is MUCH better than 15-20.)
