For somebody who doesn't want kids, I sure do read a lot of stuff about childcare.

No, I don't know why.

Well, at least I'll be well-prepared if I ever go nuts, right?

Well I think it's possible to like kids a lot without desiring your own. Besides, it will help your skills as an aunt. :-)

I know what you mean. I'm married but articles about dating and singles, still hold a sick fascination for me.

I've just figured Seth/Ana are a wild perseveration of yours. (Which I admit is a little confusing in somebody that doesn't want to raise kids.)

I've actually always found certain aspects fascinating as well, just not the same ones. In my case, it was the educational/psychological/developmental/medical angle, and I knew early on that I wanted to teach in some capacity.

Maybe it's a function of knowing instinctively from an early age that we're "different" and thus having a need to search for reasons why?

Wow, when you go nuts, you get pregnant?
