Eh, so, yeah, that's music for harp using some of its notational conventions – but really badly written and copied. Like it's not "harp notation" to have your staff lines not straight, it's just sloppiness. Also, writing free glissandos is not specific to harp (example.)

It's kind of trolling her comment section to post that as an example of "harp sheet music".

Well, I don't think anybody in the comments - including the annoying twit - thinks that this is the harp music she actually uses for her own music. It's obviously handwritten, even the lines, and there's no need for that when you can buy staff paper. It's just a quick sketch.
