A few complaints:

1. Not enough questions to be accurate, despite the obvious pretension that it's more than just a normal quiz.
2. *sighs* While I agree in the rights of privacy and choice, the fact is that they are not in the constitution. Therefore, it is wrong to call them "constitutional rights". Basics, people!

Interesting. On most of the questions I just checked the one that sounded the least like bullshit (not always easy to decide :P), and it said I'm 63% with Kerry.

Which I knew.

The other 38%, honestly, is for "fuck it, I'm moving to Mars".

They have been deemed constitutional rights due to the interpretations by the Supreme Court. Plus the whole unwarranted search and such that is actually in there.

So much of the time I wanted to say "A little of both and scrap the rest" or "Neither, something else."

Same here. My vote comes down to who I would feel safest as president in office.

It'd be more effective if you could weight your answers. I feel more strongly about some of the issues than others.
