Also Guyana. The territory around the Essequibo_River (and the river itself) have been in dispute between Venezuela and Guyana. Lots of oil and gas resources - this is a way in there too.

But the border between Venezuela and East Venezuela is an 'artificially drawn line' that can easily be adjusted by His Biglyness, once ownership of Venezuela is returned to Exxon and Mobil's shareholders.
